I listed my house for sale in March of 2025, during a buyers market that was saturated with inventory 90 days+ old, knowing that house needed a new roof. After only two weeks I was under contract at market value and closed 4 weeks later. Her and her team (Eneida) were in constant communication with me about where we were in the process and what I could expect in the following week.
