We decided to work with Laury and Vic after a referral from our next door neighbor at our second home on Lake Hartwell. We were never anything less than very happy with the service that we received. That included very educated and wise advice through the process but also their kindness in going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable with everything. When offers were made, they guided us through the process and decisions. We never felt anything but full support from both of them.

This is our 3rd home purchase since we got married. Without a doubt, this was the easiest sell and purchase we have made. Lori was fantastic. She knew exactly what we needed to do to list and sell our home quickly. Vic was very knowledgeable about the value and the quick upgrades we could do to get the most value. Lori was always responsive to texts and phone calls. She got us into newly listed homes quickly. When we found our current home, she wasn't able to meet us, but sent another agent to come show us the house. Everything from beginning to end was quick,smooth,efficient, and professional. I don't want to buy or sell another house,but if I did, I would use Lori and Vic in a heart beat. They are the best of the best. Anyone buying and selling, would do themselves a favor if they pick Living Down South. I can't recommend them highly enough.

After being outbid, sellers that didn't actually want to sell, and viewing a few houses misrepresented as "livable", Laury and Guy stuck with us through the mud and found us the perfect place to settle into after retirement. Both are not only knowledgeable in the market climate, but the area and the people as well. Once we finally found the one, they made the process seamless and about as stress free as it could be!

I can not say enough of about Laury and Vic… they were both absolutely outstanding.
