After being outbid, sellers that didn't actually want to sell, and viewing a few houses misrepresented as "livable", Laury and Guy stuck with us through the mud and found us the perfect place to settle into after retirement. Both are not only knowledgeable in the market climate, but the area and the people as well. Once we finally found the one, they made the process seamless and about as stress free as it could be!

Laury actually helped us sell our house in Lake Forest to help us downsize and move to a house on lake Lanier. Her insight on how to get the house ready to sell helped us sell the house in 1 day.
