When we first bought our condo in 2022 with LaurieAnne she was friendly, warm, willing to help, competent and client-centered. This is the expectation that she set by herself. Because we were satisfied with her service, when we sold our condo we decided to do the transaction with her again. After all, we had established a decent business relationship. Unfortunately, we now dealt with a very different person than the previous time. She did all the talking and no listening. She seemed quite profit-centered; she now wanted a higher commission which we refused and also tried her hardest not to get us a photographer that we asked for. It really seemed like she wanted to avoid us as much as possible. She did not have the same kindness and patience as the first time. I believe that the real LaurieAnne is the one we dealt with in 2022. She was possibly going through a difficult moment in her personal life in 2023 (which can happen to anyone). It is regrettable that she did not uphold the same standards as the first time and might have let that situation change how she treats her clients. I hope that this review can help her get back on the right track and live up to her full potential. People can feel when they are loved or not, served or not.
