We purchased our home utilizing Laurie's services in Year 2000. Each year she kept in touch through holiday communication. When we needed to sell, she provided industry recommendations to sell in a seller's market. We listened and followed her plan. We did some renovations to the house (as recommended) and once on the market, it sold in 72 hours. There were some real challenges working with the Buyer's representatives, but Laurie kept us positive.
