Laurie is amazing! I just closed on my new home in Cape Coral having broke ground on the new construction the first of the year. Unfortunately, I am at high risk for Covid-19 and have yet to travel to Florida. I don't know what I would have done without Laurie. She went well beyond what was expected and provided me with a video tour of the construction every Tuesday as part of her "Tune In Tuesday" on Facebook. I live in Indiana and would have been completely lost, and would have lost a lot of sleep I might add, had I not been able to follow the progress. Laurie also volunteered to walk the completed home with the builder, accepting the keys and committing to keeping an eye on things until my first scheduled visit in January. I can't possibly thank her enough or provide a higher recommendation for anyone looking to purchase a home, especially for those like me whom are trying to do anything from out of state. Laurie was the best, she work with us for days showing us more then 20 houses a day and she never was more the pleasant and she went out of her way to help us find the perfect home. Even when I called her at 11 pm and asked her to get us an appointment to see a house then next morning, Laurie got it done. She is the best realtor I have ever worked with by far.
