I am so pleased to tell you about my experience working with Laurie on the selling of my large family home of 54 years. Through all my fears and doubts Laurie not only provided expert advice and professional experience, she also provided support, comfort and understanding. It was such an emotional experience for me that I went on vacation and put everything in her capable hands including the taking of professional photos of the house, putting up the “for-sale” sign and handling all the showings. I had to rely on her for so many things outside of what was expected from an agent and she came through for me 100%. The entire time I was away, I felt comfortable and confident throughout the grueling process. She was always available. Upon my return from Florida, Laurie was there to see me through the complications of downsizing and purchasing a new home. It was reassuring to have such a personable and resourceful friend by my side to look at houses in a new location. I know there were many aspects of the sale and purchase that were involved that I don’t know about, and Laurie took care of it all. Laurie and her team did great work during the worse of times (Pandemic) to help me sell my Mom's co-op - the online presence and booklets were terrific - even when buyer strung us along then changed his mind - she was able switch gears and get the place on the market and sold in less 9 months
