Laurie Santamaria

My job was relocated to Charlotte from NJ. Initially we thought that we might buy in Fort Mill, South Carolina because a lot of people were talking about it. While we were slowly driving around a neighborhood in Fort Mill in our vehicle with Jersey plates we were waved down by Laurie. She made an introduction, talked with us for a bit, and provided me her card. We subsequently decided that our home search should center in Charlotte and gave Laurie a call. It was a good decision. Laurie was very patient with us. We are really picky customers and we have a special needs son who can sometimes be a handful. Laurie was very good with us and our son. We never felt pressured and my son really liked “Miss Laurie”. Laurie actually gave our son her cell phone to watch videos on while we toured homes. Brave woman… At closing, Laurie gave us a congratulations card with two gift cards in it. This was actually a first in the 7 real-estate transitions we have done in the past in NJ and FL with other realtors. It was a very nice touch. So, this was a very good experience for us. I hope it is clear from this review how Laurie exhibited resourcefulness, good client service, and overall kindness. She’s a good agent.
