Laurie Neihart

My wife and I were searching for a rental house and we weren't having any luck finding one online. Although we had sixty days to find a new place before our apartment lease was over, we wanted to be proactive in finding a place to live. Every person we contacted wanted us to begin our lease immediately (which is understandable), but of course no one wants to pay rent at two different properties if they aren't actually living there. We initially contacted Laurie about a property in Lewisville and although it didn't work out, she was the first person to offer help in finding another house. She met us at several different locations and was extremely affable and honest. We communicated via e-mail for several weeks and we were very impressed by her expedient responses. Eventually, we were able to find a house with Laurie's help. We have been here for a few months now and we love it! Even though we were only looking for a rental, we believe that Laurie gave us the same service and attention that she provides to her mortgage clients. Building relationships with customers sometimes means "starting small" and Laurie understands the importance of this. We will definitely be contacting her again when we are ready to purchase a home. We have already recommended her services to a handful of friends and family members and we will continue doing so!

Laurie was very knowledgeable in making our offer more desirable compared to others when we purchased our home. She took the time to explain different ideas to make our offer look the best to the sellers.
