Because of her wisdom and knowledge, we were able to sell the home very easily and quickly. I would recommend her to anyone needing to buy or sell a home in the DFW metro area.

We looked at one house plan being built in a new development near us that marked off several needs we now had. Laurie met us to show the house. We really like the house and the area, but needed to sell our current home first. When she offered to help us sell our home, we accepted. She explained the process and scheduled someone to come take the photos for our listing. He was very friendly, but professional. While the market wasn’t the best at the time, she handled my stress and worries superbly. Anytime I asked for her advice or opinion regarding price changes and seller concessions, she was there with answers and explanations. If I needed something or had questions and she was unavailable, I would leave a message. She would return my calls very quickly and/or get back with answers. She also let me know if she was going to be out of pocket for any extended amount of time. I can’t imagine what this experience would have been like with anyone else and am glad I didn’t have to find out. I felt like my needs were more important to her than her commission. Some realtors are not this way as we learned during this process. Thank you Laurie for being there.

Laurie was an excellent realtor to work with! Her market knowledge was outstanding because she broke down and explained everything that we didn’t understand. She was available any time of the day or night whenever we needed to ask her questions or just talk to her about anything. She was always checking in on us to see how we were doing and letting us know that she would be here for us if we had any questions. She communicated great with us about everything through out the whole process. She gave us her opinion in situations but also told us that any of these decisions was up to us at the end of the day. Laurie was so patient during our experience of buying a home. We had to do a lot of traveling back and forth(4 hours) for viewing and scheduling closing paperwork.
