Laurie was already highly recommended and although she knew she had the listing she still was thorough in her presentation so that we understand what her service entails. She made great recommendations for us to present the property but we were blown away with how the listing came out that included great professional pictures and aerial drone pictures. In these Covid times the appointment booking system in place was amazing and we had line of sight through electronic notifications of each appointment in addition to a highly successful open house. Laurie did an excellent job of selling my house. Just before the covid shutdown she had arranged for beautiful pictures of the interior, exterior and drone photos of the house. Her foresight proved to be right on the mark as the photos were all that buyers could see while the shutdown was in place. She marketed the house everywhere and found a buyer out of state that bought the house sight unseen. Her communication skills were an asset in letting the buyers know they had found a wonderful house. She also let both the buyers and I know how the process of the sale was progressing every step of the way. I don't think this deal would have been possible without Laurie.
