Laurie helped the reviewer sell this property

The most graceful agent in the game

We had a very demanding buyer and buyer's agent throughout the transaction and Laurie handled the situation so gracefully. There are so many times when the deal could have fell through but she was able to hold it together through her mediation and negotiation skills. I'm taking those proceeds and I'm under contract on another property with her already.
