This market is alllllll about the seller. All you have to do is snap your fingers, post a for sale sign in your yard, and BAM! Sold!! However, people forget how many different facets, nuances, and various tricky details exist. And this is why you go with an agent. And of all the agents out there? Laurie is at the top of the game. This extraordinary woman navigated us through repeated buyers and offers and deals and specifics and all the minutia that can make selling your home a logistical nightmare. We made great money on the house, while she negotiated terms and managed expectations keeping us sane. The process was turn key even with the unexpected issues that arose (which always will with deals like this!) She was available, responsive, empathetic, and hands on throughout the process. She even got tough and played hard ball on our behalf. Wouldn’t want to be on the team opposing this lady that’s for sure! And somehow she does it all with grace and class.
