Frank and Theresa worked on the short sale of my townhouse. I had pretty much decided to foreclose on my property but ran into The Helderle Team's information on the internet just by coincidence and sent in an online inquiry. It took a long time from our first meeting to closing but it was mostly due to the bad housing market, especially for a townhouse.
