Amazing Knowledge and Character

First I just need to say WOW. Laurie & Sam with The Florance Group, at Realty One Group Inclusion have been such a blessing to my family. They truly went beyond just being our real estate agents and selling our home. Their honesty, integrity, and passion showed through in every step of the process. When we moved out of state due to a job offer we decided to place our home on the market with a property management company (not affiliated with Sam and Laurie or their group). That was a mistake and the house sat on the rental market with no showings and no upkeep maintenance being performed. After several months we decided to severe our ties with the management company and sell the house. We called Sam and Laurie and they immediately began to help. They were always kind and went above and beyond any expectation of agents. They provided all the information we needed and allowed us to make the decisions best for our family and the property. They worked quickly to ensure the maintenance on our house was immediately taken care of by people they trusted. They were in constant communication and eased any worry about us being out of state. In a tough market they were able to assist us in getting it sold and get the best possible price. I cannot thank them enough!
