Laurie was delightful- she was very easy to relate to, had a working knowledge of the areas we explored and paid close attention to what my concerns were. If we looked at something, she had done the background research so she could respond quickly and effectively to my questions. Sometimes we would take a look at a property that didn't really fit my expectations, but on review of the situation, I can see how she was assisting me to make a more informed choice of homes. Laurie gave us names of people to help repair our air conditioner and our dishwasher. She would run over to our house if we needed the trash taken out!
