Laurie was amazing, not sure how else to put it. We were looking to buy a house, the area that we were looking was outside of her area and knowledge base. But she learned it, researched it, drove around it, talked to the folks that live there, basically took extreme efforts to learn an area she had never worked in. She found out more about the area than we did. We went through 2 offers that fell through because of the other parties not sticking up to there end of the bargain. We went after #3 15 minutes after it went on the market, Laurie was on it from that point forward. In fact, the other agent was lack luster to say the least. So Laurie wound up doing her job AND the other agents to make sure everything went through timely and ultimate success of getting the home of our dreams was ours. My experience with Laurie was not your typical agent/client relationship as I was a renter in a home that was being sold by the landlord. To say it was stressful is an understatement.
