I got lucky because Laurie was incredible to work with! I lived all the way across the country and she made the sale seamlessly with very minimal involvement from myself. Laurie helped with sale estimates for the probate lawyer before listing and constantly did market analysis to determine the right sale price. She also worked very closely with the real estate management company to work around the tenant living in the space. Her communication was also top notch!
