I had Laurie Brancel represent us when selling my mother's condominium. From the date we listed it to the date we closed was an amazing 17 days. Laurie was extremely professional and efficient. Iv worked with Laurie for several years while i looked for the perfect space to move to to expand my wildlife center,we spent years looking at tons of houses, making offers and having them fall thru again and again for one reason or another.
