Laurie is an outstanding real estate agent. She has the qualities necessary for success. She is knowledgeable. She knows the paperwork part of the business like the back of her hand. She is aggressive, when necessary. Our house needed some repair work. She coordinated with A/C technicians, plumbers, sprinkler repairmen, house inspectors, opposing realtors, etc. etc., keeping them on schedule to meet our closing date and never satisfied with "no" as answer. Especially notable was how she applied appropriate pressure to the plumbers to repair our main waterline when it broke one week prior to closing. She brought an extra load of patience to her game when three offers in a row were given then rescinded. She kept us calm by keeping her cool through this difficult time, always acting with a positive attitude and assuring us the house would soon be sold, then she went out and worked to make it happen. This attitude gave us hope when we were tempted to despair. Laurie is a professional in every sense of the word. I would recommend her to anyone who is in the market for selling or buying a house.
