Lauria is The GOAT!

Frankly, there are not enough characters allowed for me to properly convey just how amazing Lauria is. Admittedly, I am not an easy client - I tend to take on more than I can reasonably shoulder - add to that, we needed to be able to future proof for a progressing disability AND manage my and my significant others conflicting needs. Lauria, ever the pro that she is, managed to wrangle us together, talk me out of some truly insane ideas (thanks for that, btw!), and help us find the house of our dreams that we hadn’t even dreamt of. Lauria explained everything in detail, from the time we signed with her, allll the way through closing, and was always quick to respond to the odd text or email. She made the process fun and enjoyable and so stinkin’ easy. Lauria really took the time to get to know us and our individual needs. I know everyone says that, but she was always quick to point out an obstacle or area of concern that visually impaired partner should take note of - frequently before I pointed it out myself. The care and concern she shows her clients is truly unmatched. We never felt like we were working with just some random person - without a doubt, she will make you feel like you’ve been friends for years. Trust me, if you are a first timer like myself, the is no better person to stand by your side. Thank you, Lauria!
