Laurie was great with house suggestions for staging and floor replacement. Even offered a few items to enhance the look. The sale was slower than we had hoped, and only 2 offers in 5 weeks in this hot market. It appraised higher than we actually sold for, which was a little disappointing. Maybe it was the current climate? Not sure what could have been done differently. Closing seemed more complicated and not as smooth as it could have been, as buyers used a VA loan. Apparently the VA has different closing and inspections regulations that typical, which were not familular to the agent.
