Laurence took a full investment in supporting my transition into a new property. She found properties through conversation with other realtors that were yet to be listed that were a fit to my ideals. I called Laurence, and introduced myself After detailing what I wanted to do, and identifying the property, she was able to set up a virtual tour in five days. During the this tour, she was thorough and very detailed in everything that she covered in the 90 minute tour. It was obvious from our discussion that she "knew her stuff", and frankly, that tour was enough to make me decide that this condo was indeed what I wanted for myself and my special needs son. Since I was in DE during the entire process of purchasing this property, I had to rely on Laurence to coordinate every detail of purchasing the unit. She handled everything flawlessly. I must admit that I was nervous being 1,000 miles away while all steps in the process were being executed. However, I can honestly say that NOTHING went wrong, and we are now comfortably enjoying our new residence and the entire Franklin area. I cannot imagine anyone surpassing the skill, knowledge, courtesy, and yes, caring that Laurence exhibited during this entire process.
