Larry has always been on top of any issues during the long time (22 years) of managing my property as well as all the way through the sale of it this year 2021. Back in 1999 I told Larry that if he and I never needed to speak to one another that he he was doing an excellent job; Meaning he was providing good and economical solutions to any problems that arose during those 22 years of managing my property.
