AMAZING!! This sums up our dear friend and agent, Lauren Zapf!! She brought so much more to the table than NINE fantastic offers and super-helpful insight! You will not meet a more outgoing, energetic, hard-working and FUN person; these qualities were so evident in all THREE real estate transactions she made happen for us in 2026!! She truly understands people and what they want and need, both in a home and in guidance/ reassurance along the way. What a gift!! Her exuberance brought joy and calmness to what could have been very stressful situations. She was the absolute perfect choice in helping our daughter purchase her 1st home… Lauren was on top of it! She spent hours researching every possible style of home and location across all of Birmingham and was great to work around a young professional’s crazy schedule! She walked Mary Scott thru every step of the process and made sure she understood exactly what was being asked, agreed upon, etc. It was a wonderful learning experience for our girl!! A few months later when a house popped up in a neighborhood that we were only ‘slightly interested’ in, she was happy to take time and show us a listing (twice!) with the full understanding that it may be a complete waste of time… and that was the beginning of a WHIRLWIND!!!
