When selling my home, I was determined to actually not use any Realtors that I knew personally. Lauren and I had mutual friends and I decided on a whim to give her a call. I am so glad that I did. She was motivated from the start. I even called her that morning about listing my house and she was there that afternoon. She was extremely professional and just a hard worker. I know every Real estate transaction has its challenges, but she made me feel confident that there were nothing that she couldn't handle. I even used her as my Realtor to purchase a new house and she was just as incredible. I can't say enough great things about Lauren and I highly recommend her. I can say that I honestly have a Realtor for life but also a new great friend.

I bought a house in Wilmington from NY without visiting the house in person. When I called Lauren, she went to any and all of the houses I asked her to look at and showed me over the phone the whole layout of the house. She did this the next day after my call. Also, she didn't only point out good points of houses, but made sure to show me any marks on flooring or any other locations that might need repair at all the houses. When she found me a house I chose to buy, she negotiated a fantastic deal for me and arranged everything, from the inspection to closing. When I went down for closing, she gave me a gift certificate for a local restaurant that was delicious and trendy, and knew of all the locations to frequent in my neighborhood and all of Wilmington. She knows her city, and is very helpful. She has gone above and beyond, and has been checking up on the house until I can move down there, and has been in contact with me even after closing, asking if there is anything else she can help me with. Even more so, her energy and positive attitude make her a joy and pleasure to buy a house from. I spent 6 months, and gained 40lbs looking for a house in NY and came up with nothing, and in one call to Lauren, I found a house in a week and owned it in a month. And no weight gain!!! Awesome, and highly recommend to any buyer or seller.

Lauren helped me find the condo of my dreams in downtown Wilmington when I was moving here for a job. She was able to draw me a distinct area in downtown that she recommend I stay within, etc. Unfortunately, that purchase didn't go through. However, she went above and beyond to help me find a place to rent last minute and visited them for me since I was out of state at the time. My experience with Lauren was so positive that I later reached out to her when I wanted to purchase a vacation home in Carolina Beach and my husband and I plan on using her when we list our current home this spring and look for a larger house.
