My husband and I just worked with Lauren to sell my rental condo and purchase a vacation property down the shore, and she just went above and beyond. A little back story, I met my husband shortly after buying my first place, moved in with him and put it up for rent because the market was down, and I couldn’t sell. I had started reaching out to her about 5 or 6 years ago about selling my rental and the comps just still were not there. I’d check in with her a couple times a year and nothing had really changed. This year I didn’t check in thinking it was going to be the same bad news, and to my surprise she emailed me out of the blue asking if I was still interested in selling my condo because the market was up, and she came across a comp in the same complex that recently sold for above what I wanted to get for it. Without her attention to detail for her clients, I wouldn’t have been able to achieve my lifelong dream of owning a house at the Jersey shore. Beyond that, she was able to give me recommendations for lenders and other contractors to help the process. She also patiently explained the beach house appraisal that came in a little low that I didn’t understand, over and over again since I’m an art person not a math person. She knows her stuff, and she’s awesome.

Lauren absolutely has my highest recommendation for anyone needing a Realtor in our area. When I purchased my first home, she was always professional and courteous, and offered great advice on everything from transfer taxes to home maintenance and repairs. After I decided to buy a short sale (which wouldn't even have been an option without her expertise), some unforeseen challenges arose on closing day. Other professionals involved with the transaction thought closing would be delayed, but Lauren exceeded even their expectations, working overtime to ensure we stayed on schedule! A Realtor who can impress their own colleagues as Lauren did is definitely one you want on your side, which is why I'm confident that I couldn't have worked with a better Realtor for my purchase.
