Our Realtor Lauren Swartzberg deserves 10 stars! We were initially trying to sell our condo in Los Angeles with another agent. After multiple months of listing and bleeding money, that agent was not able to sell the place mostly due to being very passive about the sale and not effectively advertising and chasing buyers. I guess that happens when you are on a salary and you don’t care if the place sells or not. She also significantly miscalculated the real value of the property despite having access to all the Redfin data. Also terrible at communication if she ever responded. The experience was truly a disaster! We decided to relist the property when after asking around, I thankfully found Lauren Swartzberg who is a very well-known local agent and man did she live up to her reputation. From day one she was so involved with even the slightest detail about the place. So diligently and professionally she pointed out all the issues and proceeded to fix them using her people with no effort on my end. She was so good at the listing time/theme, attracting and following up with buyers and eventually finding the buyer by reaching out to her contacts. She is an exceptional communicator, answering calls and texts in a timely manner. I cannot tell you how far she went to get my condo ready and eventually sold. She truly went above and beyond. She was standing in Best Buy on Thanksgiving Day, trying to replace my oven and microwave with a brand new one. I cannot be more than happy with my experience with her. I don’t know if anyone else could have sold this property that quickly. I am forever thankful to her, and I will proudly have her as my agent 1000 more times if I am buying another property in Los Angeles. I cannot say thank you enough times!
