First of all, Lauren is directly responsible for getting a selling price for my house that I never dreamed possible. This is a great example of her knowledge of the current market. My house sold quickly and she got to work on finding me my next home. I’ve heard stories of people needing to call their agent and ask if they had any listings to look at. Have bought and sold around 10 houses. Lauren is without a doubt the best Realtor. Her knowledge about the market was fantastic. The part that stands out the most was her caring and exceeding all my expectations. She surprised me by putting in the time staging, sprucing up the landscaping. Even had cleaners scheduled to clean after I moved out. Just an amazing woman. Moved out of state, wished I could have used her on the house I bought.
