Lauren was our buying agent when we bought our Santa Cruz Gardens home in 2011 and our selling agent when we sold in in November 2020. She has an intimate knowledge of our area and the market and she has lots of friends and connections. She has a remarkable ability to communicate what she thinks is the right move with confidence and just a tiny bit of push without any sense of pressure. This is a true skill and a very necessary one in a realtor, particularly when her client, like me, is less familiar with the process and needs a bit of help making up his mind and committing to big decisions.
