Lauren Schultze

We contracted Lauren Schultze after conducting interviews with three major real estate firms in San Francisco. Lauren was passionate about wanting to sell this property and that came across- and translated into the manner in which she wrote about the Condo in the MLS.Her enthusiasm and genuine appreciation of the unit was noticeable. She also worked the sale very personally by always being on hand and not leaving the viewing to another agent. Prior to listing the Condominium, she went out of her way to assist us in repairs, in meeting appliance people and introducing us to good stagers. We live overseas, and selling a property from the distance is not easy. Lauren, personally took care of a lot of details that we were too far to handle. She met the numerous inspectors , called in a cleaning assistant when necessary, and handled last minute repair tasks. This was above and beyond what any Real Estate Agent does, and Lauren does this with a smile and great sense of humor. She sold the unit in 8 days. And she sold the unit at 20 % over listed price. A job ,very well done. We would certainly call on Lauren again for further Real Estate ventures and we highly recommend her.
