This review is long overdue! Lauren helped my brother and me sell our rental condominium in Orange. I took a chance and sought out Lauren from her Yelp reviews. Wow, I'm sure glad the reviews were accurate! Lauren hit the ground running and started preparing even before our tenants moved out. As soon as our tenants moved out, Lauren had the necessary repairs made and had an open house scheduled that first weekend the condo was vacant. We only needed one open house. We received multiple offers over asking price and sold the condo within a week. Lauren negotiated for a short escrow and helped the other agent (who seemed like a novice) through the process to get us to close. My brother and I only made one mortgage payment while the unit was vacant (which was one of our concerns - paying months of a mortgage on a rental property without a good offer) before the condo was completely sold. Lauren knows the area, knows the real estate market, and knows her clients. You will not be disappointed if you choose Lauren.

Lauren is SO good at what she does. We have bought and sold multiple houses to only come to the conclusion that our other agents would never live up to the knowledge and service she provided us. We bought a house with Lauren and and two years later sold with Lauren(within those two years we owned, she was able to get us 200k+ more over what we initially paid). She's always worked around our timelines and made everything easy for us. I don't think any real estate agent will live up to the standard she has set!

We got lucky with Lauren. As first time buyers we had so many questions. She was very patient and answered everything AS WELL as pointing out things we wouldn’t even think to ask. She was able to accommodate all our viewings in a timely manner And was very respectful and understanding of what we were looking for.
