Lauren is amazing. A real life Wonder Woman that truly knows what she is doing. At NINE MONTHS PREGNANT, She listed my house the 26th of March, and we had multiple offers right away. I was willing to settle for an offer that was 4k over asking after the second day of showings because we were antsy, but Lauren advised that I wait until the end of day Monday and decide so the scheduled showings could be completed. Sure enough, We got an offer on the 28th that was 20k OVER ASKING. She drew up the paperwork, and we closed 17 days later! A week past her due date at this point, for her first child, and being induced the very next day, this woman was blue taping the new construction I was getting ready to close on a week later. She truly wanted us to be able to move into our new home knowing that everything was PERFECT. She didn’t miss a WINK. She was literally having contractions and did her job to the absolute fullest from the first step on the property to the final step out of the house. I know that Lauren goes above and beyond for all of her clients, but I was honestly pleasantly surprised at how hard working and diligent she was even still with being that far along in her pregnancy and still taking me on as a client so close to her delivery date. To say I HIGHLY recommend using her as your realtor would be an understatement.
