I had a wonderful experience working with Lauren Perreault to sell my parents house. It was a third generation family house and she took time to talk with my sisters and I about the house and the land. She kept to her time lines that she discussed with us regarding selling the house. She got the house on the market quickly and kept us informed when offers had been made. When it came time to sell the house she went through the steps with us. Lauren has a very nice realtor team whom she works with. I felt that Lauren was always available if I had questions and concerns. She was quick to responded to phone calls and was always kind and courteous. I would certainly work with Lauren again if given the chance.
