Where do I begin....well, my husband and I just closed on our very first home and WE KNOW we could not have done it without the help of our awesome agent Lauren! To say that our escrow was a b umpy road is an understatement but as in Lauren's terms... it's been bumpy but I'll land this plane ...and that she did!!! As new home buyers, my husband and I were pretty clueless about what the home buying experience entailed. We had just started searching online and Lauren was the first Agent to call us back and that was willing to take a chance on us. We understood we were not the most financially attractive buyers, but that never stopped Lauren from putting in 110% for us from the start. We found a home pretty quickly in our search that was within budget, great school district and in good shape. After our offer was accepted, unfortunately our luck went quickly downhill. From dealing with an irresponsible selling agent and sellers who never cared about the escrow timeline--made for a very stressful home-buying experience. Through it all, Lauren guided us and kept us calm. She was hands on from the start-communicating constantly with the selling agent, escrow and our broker/lender until answers that were satisfactory were received. She always kept us in the loop of all communications and walked us through every form before we felt comfortable to sign. It was a true blessing we found Lauren. I don't think we would have stuck through this process without her guidance and support. If you are looking for an agent who is kind, extremely patient, supportive, honest and down right just good at their job--Lauren is the right agent for you!

Lauren helped us buy a duplex in Portland which closed in August. She was great at identifying potential properties, giving us useful information about the relevant neighborhoods (we are not from the area)and the rental potential (we are renting one of the units), was extremely responsive whenever needed, and helped see us through a more complicated than expected close process. she is also a fun person to deal with, which is always nice. We highly recommend her.
