Lauren assisted me with my house hunting and buying process for more than 2.5 yrs. In a tough market, where we were getting beaten by overbidding constantly and causing frustration, Lauren kept us honest and hopeful of finding that one place we would call our home. She and her team (shout out to Lisa) are very knowledgeable about real estate, very thorough in their research, and provided honest feedback and opinions when it came to putting down offers. I spent hours on the phone with Lauren and she was patient enough to assist me in evaluating all the options (comparables, what price point we should be at, chasing sellers agents for response and many others) before putting in an offer. She was very deligent about follow ups. I don't recall any moment when she was not prompt about answering or returning my call. After 2.5 yrs of frustrations, we were finally able to find our home and both Lauren / Lisa did everything possible to help us grab the deal. Lauren never influenced me to go unreasonably higher in the bids in an attempt to outbid others. She provided fair assessment of properties and supported the price point with which we felt comfortable. I only have positive words to say for both Lauren and Lisa.
