Lauren treated us like family! Knew what was best for us and found us a house that ticked ALL of our boxes! Lauren kept us in the loop with every new thing that popped up and was available to talk whenever we had questions!

Lauren was a dream to work with. Her professionalism and communication are unmatched. We initially had her out to take a look at our house, feeling unsure of what our next steps would be. After she left, we had a working estimate of what we could list for, a list of items to repair/upgrade (along with a selection of trusted local contractors/handymen to get those jobs done), and an idea of what our potential budget could be looking for a new home. We truly felt that she took care of everything- we just had to follow her clear and precise instructions. We had a strong offer after just one day of showings! For the buying process, Lauren had an excellent knowledge of the different areas we were looking in, including information about the schools nearby. We encountered some pushy realtors along the way, and Lauren confidently took control of those conversations for us, making sure we felt heard and that our questions were answered. Ultimately, she found us the perfect house for our family to live and grow in. The entire process, from selling our old house to closing on the new one, and everything in between, went smoother than we could have imagined. If we ever move again (not sure though because she literally found us the perfect home), we will be sure to use Lauren again.
