I begin with a simple process to help you make the necessary decisions. First, we meet in your home to discuss your plans and needs and to tour the home. During the tour we work together to identify the positive and negative aspects of the house through the eyes of the Buyer and begin to develop a plan to build on the positive aspects.
Next, I prepare your comparative market analysis (CMA) based on my initial tour of the home and research comparable sales and your competition. The CMA is key. We then meet again to review the CMA and address any questions or concerns you may have. From there I follow a list of over 80 items to ensure your home gets as much exposure to Buyers as possible and to bring you an offer that you consider fair and in a timely manner.

I keep the home buying process I follow to help find you the perfect home simple; negotiating the best price and terms, prioritizing a list of features that you need in your next home, even helping you get financing. I work to save you time by finding the properties that best suit your criteria. There are many variables that I manage throughout the process to make the process of house hunting much easier and more efficient.
Once you've found a home that you’re interested in, we'll look at comparable properties in the area to help determine a purchase offer. I negotiate on your behalf with the seller to make sure you get the best terms for you.
