Gerald helped me purchase my first home in east LA. Throughout the process, he was responsive, clear, and patient with my litany of questions and unfamiliarity with the ins and outs of the closing process. Though relatively new to the profession, Gerald had a solid knowledge of the local market and always went above and beyond to find the answers I needed to move forward confidently. Even after I closed, Gerald stayed in close communication to ensure that I was settling comfortably into my new place. Very down-to-earth and easy to work with!

Lauren and Gerald went absolutely above and beyond to help us find our house. The market right now is (obviously) absolutely nuts, and they both were phenomenal about setting our expectations reasonably, helping us understand the process, and checking in with us every step of the way. Just a few of the things they did that stand out: -At one house we looked at, both Lauren and Gerald both pointed out structural and foundational issues that we would have missed. -They helped us through a very lengthy probate/court process for our house and were extremely responsive and helpful even after we got the house and were waiting for the court to finish paperwork. -They answered (even our most annoying or naive) emails and calls immediately--even while on vacation at one point!! -They took us to a bunch of listings and sent over everything we needed for Covid protections super quickly and efficiently. -They helped make our offer as attractive as possible and walked us through what everything meant and how it might affect us. -Even after we moved in, they have followed up with us to make sure everything in the house is working and going smoothly. -Lauren knew what kind of trees are protected in CA to warn us about if they were dying on a property, since those are harder to remove. Honestly, they're also just the kindest, nicest people to work with! I cannot possibly recommend them enough! They are absolutely the reason we have a house now.

Lauren is a gem of a realtor! She was an amazing partner to us during the search/purchase of our first home. She has a great network (mortgage, inspectors, etc.) and made the process as painless as possible! She's responsive, incredibly knowledgeable and we always felt cared for. We couldn't be happier!
