Lauren demonstrated extensive knowledge of the local communities I was interested in as well as the market and community in general. She used this knowledge to facilitate the best possible outcome, saving me a substantial amount of money on my initial offer which was accepted. She was quick to respond to my many inquires. She is very detailed oriented and followed up on a number of processes that I missed prior to the closing.
