Lauren Knerl is in a class of her own. A bright woman in her 20s, she exudes the professionalism of an agent who has ben doing this for 30+ years. She is responsive, honest, flexible, intelligent, and the type of person who you would want to serve your real estate needs. Want honest feedback? She will give that? Need her to swing by a property off hours? She will do that. Need her to provide comps and recommendations? She will provide that. In a world where unqualified real estate agents seem to be popping up left and right, Lauren Knerl is the opposite. She knows the business, and most importantly, LOVES the business. She is not a self-fulfilling businesswoman, but rather gets joy and satisfaction from seeing her future home owners or sellers be happy. My look for housing in the Charlotte area dragged on for almost half a year, and she was always there at a moment’s notice whenever I had questions, concerns, or needed to see a property after hours.
