Lauren was there with us every step of the process. We had several potential buyers submit offers, and subsequently drop out. But Lauren kept working and brought more offers until we found the right buyer. There were also some issues with our condo, and Lauren helped us get to resolution, which I consider above and beyond the call. And one of the most important aspects of the sale, setting the price, was done properly. No one wants to leave money on the table, or sit there month after month waiting for the phone to ring. This takes industry and local knowledge and we felt comfortable that we were getting very good guidance. All in all, a very good experience.

She was able to get the condo sold at the same time get our house purchased. She was always there when we needed help and answered all our questions.
