i was approached by a different realtor previous to Lauren becoming my realtor. This was my first real home i was selling and the first realtor went the motions. I wasn't impressed until i came into contact with Lauren. Lauren spent time discussing the home, market, future, potential buyers and the overall plan she had. She presented with a binder of my house containing the previous information but importantly gave me a real perspective of what the outcome could be. i was definitely impressed with the honesty but more importantly her determination to get top dollar.
