She truly went above and beyond, sometimes traveling over 2 hours in one direction at a moments notice. She was enthusiastic and always did her research ahead of time. Lauren is simply outstanding. From February through July, I looked at dozens if not hundreds of homes, town homes and condos. I went under contract in February for a short sale - my first experience with a short sale. Lauren's in-depth knowledge and experience guided me through the process and she also helped me understand when it was time to back out of that deal (the bank wanted more money than we agreed upon, making it much less attractive). Subsequently, I made several offers on homes in an extremely competitive market and was out bid despite offering more than list or lost to cash offers with no inspection or appraisal from investors - an incredibly frustrating process. Lauren had a great feel for actual value and kept me from over spending in desperation to get into a place. Finally, while I had COVID and could not go out to see homes, Lauren went out to and video called me to walk through them with her, pointing out things she noticed and making recommendations on whether to make an offer based on my expressed wants and recommended the offer amount. By this time, my trust in her was complete and well-deserved. On one of these, I made an offer, sight unseen (other than on a little phone screen) and it was accepted. I have to say - by this time, I was needy. (OK - for all of it, I was super needy - sorry Lauren.) She always answered the phone or texts for every little question I had and followed-up to help push through any obstacles or delays and drive the deal to closing. She always had the right answer and always looked out for my best interest. I have never had the pleasure of working with a more knowledgeable, honest, or harder working realtor who landed me in a great home that I'm still thrilled to be in.
Without a doubt Lauren made my my first home purchase a breeze! If it wasn't for her I wouldn't have found this home that I love so much!! She treated me like family throughout the whole process. And I will never be able to appreciate the amount of knowledge she has that helped me when it came to making a decision. I can't imagine anyone is more on top of their game than she is!! Lauren took me to see several house and before all the showing she did her research on the area and neighborhoods if she was not already familiar with them. She is absolutely hands down the best realitor you can have. She is extremely knowledgeable of homes and conditions and knows red flags on issues when she see’s them. She is knowledgeable in the finances also so will be able to let you know if it will be a issue on getting a mortgage for that particular house. When she sold our house’S, she was amazing she did a pre inspection to help us know what needed to be fixed or updated for more draw listing. The way she list house is incredible she sold our houseS in less then a week! Had offerS right away!! Then if the buyer financing was having issues she knows and works with some great people that where able to close in 9 days!!!! ??......
