Working with Lauren was the best decision I made when it came to selling my first home in Manassas, VA. She did a wonderful job managing my expectations through the whole process. Her marketing package is top of the line and the photos provided really made the place shine. We successfully priced my home to sell based on the comps in the neighborhood. With an offer in hand before hitting the market and 3 more rolling in within days, I was able to sell above asking. Lauren did a great job working with the buyers side to be sure we were both able to navigate the transaction in a timely way despite the challenges added due to the Coronavirus Pandemic.
