Lauren was very down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and very accessible when I had questions. As a first-time homebuyer, I didn't know a lot of the real estate lingo, but Lauren was able to explain what everything meant. She spent hours with me going over the purchase agreement paperwork. She was even able to help me successfully negotiate a counter-offer below asking price in this crazy market!! After closing, Lauren worked with the seller's agent to make sure the seller removed a bunch of junk and even took it upon herself to have a repairman come out and remove an illegal drain system. She went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Lauren!
