My transaction was complicated by changing family needs, COVID 19 and the need to do work at the house to ready it for sale while I was mostly living in another state. At the last moment my daughters University announced classes would be virtual in the Summer/Spring and my original plan of waiting to downsize wasn’t any longer feasible.
