Mining era Park City roots, Park City vacation enthusiast, and established Parkite; Lauren uses her well rounded experience in the Wasatch Back to fine tune her clients' experience.
She began working in commercial real estate with Marcus & Millichap in Portland, Oregon, following in the footsteps of her father, a seasoned commercial broker, whom she watched transact over $2.5 billion and counting in commercial real estate throughout the Southwest. She was introduced to the dynamic Park City market through her work in vacation rentals and property management, and transitioned to residential real estate when she joined the top producing team at Summit Sotheby’s. Lauren later transitioned to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah Properties to better serve both her residential and commercial real estate clients needs.
In her spare time Lauren enjoys equestrian work, coaching volleyball and softball/baseball, hunting for fresh powder on the slopes with her son, trail running through the Wasatch Back and Unitas, attempting to stay young by skateboarding at Woodward, and reading up on recent studies in marine biology and ornithology along the Pacific Rim. Lauren obtained her Associates & B.S. in Pre-Med Biology from Brigham Young University - Hawaii with an emphasis on field biology and ecology, and performed extensive research and data analysis on the migratory paths and flight patterns of the Pacific Golden Plover, on which she co-authored several publications. She has also conducted research on marine invertebrates in Saipan and Hawaii which were submitted to the Smithsonian.
