Lauren has a strong grasp of the local market and listens to her customers while still helping set reasonable expectations. I could tell in every single conversation that she always had my best interest at heart. She was always respectful of my time with scheduling showings and setting up appointments once the contract was signed. She walked through every single part of the negotiation with me and made everything feel almost effortless. Understandably, buying and selling of homes can be an extremely stressful and emotional process but Lauren's excellent customer service and genuine care of her customers helped along every step of the way.
