Lauren Eddy strongly encouraged new paint and staging furniture prior to putting my mom's house on the market, which I wasn't entirely sold on. It took a couple extra weeks to get on the market but when it did it went under contract the first weekend and then closed considerably over the asking price, thanks Lauren for the great advice! There were also some title issues with this property that led to an unbelievable string of amendments to the contract, through it all Lauren Eddy was patient, helpful, accessible, and timely with all of her communications. Lauren Eddy made the typically stressful process of buying our first home simple and enjoyable. For me and my wife, trusting our agent was the most important criteria, as we knew very little about the process, and needed someone who could guide us, while being respectful of our timeline and term.
