I felt incredibly cared for and safe in each interaction, not only in-person, but when I’d reach out to her via text/email. Even in my moments of jumping to conclusions or panicking (because buying a house is terrifying!) she was patient and understanding. Laura was also happy to jump in during my first walkthrough, when Lauren was out of town; she and Hailey were super attentive when helping me identify imperfections that needed to be touched up before closing. Although these ladies are very successful and have sold much more expensive homes, they presented as happy to work with me and never made me feel like I was less important than their other clients. I can’t recommend them enough! P.S. the loan officer they work with, Melanie, is also amazing, as is another of her team members, MJ. They were both kind, thoughtful, and attentive every time I had a question or needed clarification.
